2018-2019 Region Championships
The 2020-2021 Region 4 Championships has been cancelled.
2021 State Multi Event
will be held at Wollongong
Entries will be open ONLINE at the beginning of the season.
All registered athletes are able to register and compete in this event. Age groups U7 – U14 have 6 events, u15 – u17 have 7 events to compete in over two days, with points given for times and distances. The points are tallied up with the winner being the highest pointscorer. More information is available at http://lansw.com.au or you can ask your committee members.
The Lake Illawarra October Carnival
will be held on Sunday October 11th, 2020 at the Myimbarr Community Park, Wattle Road, Flinders.

GRAND PRIX CARNIVALS THIS YEAR ARE
The Albion Park Gala Day
will be held on Sunday December 13th at the Croom Regional Sporting Complex, Croom Road, Albion Park Rail. This will be the third of the four Carnivals for the 2020/2021 Mid South Coast Grand Prix series.
